APPLE CINNAMON PANCAKES

1 C Rolled Oats ( blend to make a flour)

1 Tsp Baking Powder 

1 Ripe Banana 

1 Tsp Vanilla 

3/4 C Soy Milk

Now I blended the oats first. Put oats into a bowl. Add in baking powder.  Now in the blender I added the banana and milk and vanilla. Then I poured the liquids into the dry and gently blended to mix. 


I spoon into the pan and add a thin slice of apple with a good sprinkle of cinnamon. Cook then flip and cook the other side. 


We ate ours with a wee dollop of thick coconut yoghurt and a wee kiss of date syrup. They tasted like Apple doughnuts - true story!
