Neat balls
1 Block of firm Tofu (drain)
1 Tin of Cannellini Beans (drain)
1 Tsp each of garlic and onion powder
1 Tsp Salt
Black Pepper
1 Tsp Italian Mixed Herbs
5 Tbsp Bread Crumbs or 1 slice of bread in the blender
Mash together or use your hands to bring it together. Roll into balls. Pan fry or cook in airfryer for 20mins.
Sauce.
1 Onion
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Tbsp Curry Powder
1 Grated Carrot
1 Tsp Salt or Miso
Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Can Coconut Milk
Soften onion and garlic add carrot cook till soft. Add in your spices and cook till fragrant. Then add in your coconut milk.
Thicken sauce with a 2 tsp or Cornflour and a little water. stir over the heat until it’s thickened and cornflour is cooked out.
Put your meatballs into the sauce and enjoy.
