Todays lunch was perfect. Of course I whipped this up in the Thermie but you can use a blender or a bar blender.
2 Can Tomato’s
1 Onion Chopped
2/3 C Red Lentils
2 Tsp Massel Chicken Stock
1/3 C Tomato Paste
1 Tsp Cider Vinegar
2 Tsp Coconut Sugar
1 Tsp Italian Herbs
Salt n Pepper to taste
1 Can of Water
1 Can of Plant Based Milk
Pop everything in your pot and simmer for 30mins. Then blend until smooth.
Sour Dough Pizzaettes
I toasted my bread. I spread with my cashew cheese sauce nice n thick the topped with red onion and red capsicum and olives. Baked in the airfryer for 10mins.
