(Chia Seed Jam)

2 C Frozen Mixed Berries

3 Tbsp Chia Seeds

1/2 Tsp Vanilla

Date Syrup or Sweetener of choice

Put in a pot and simmer. Will thicken when it cools. Store in the fridge 2 weeks

(Cashew Pear Cream)

2 Can of Pears

1/2 C Cashews

1 Tbsp Maple

1 Tsp Vanilla

Blend until smooth.

( Feijoa Muffins )

3 C of Chopped Feijoas

1 Tbsp Vanilla

2 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed

1/2 C Coconut Sugar

Liquid from Can of Chickpeas

1 1/2 C of Flour

1/2 C Protein Powder

11/2 Tsp Baking Powder

1/2 Tsp Baking Soda

1 Tsp Ginger

Combine both mixes. If it’s too thick add a little milk.

Bake 175deg for 20-30 mins
